These terms govern your use of the Dexibi desktop app, Dexibi Cloud and dexibi.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
Dexibi is a voice AI agent for Windows. It listens for your requests, reads information from your screen and performs actions on your computer, such as clicking, typing, opening apps and moving files, to carry out those requests.
2. Your responsibilities
- Use the Service only on computers and accounts you’re authorised to use, and in line with the terms of the apps and websites it operates.
- Review and approve consequential actions (for example sending messages, purchases or deletions). You’re responsible for actions you ask for or approve.
- Don’t use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harass others, to evade security controls, to scrape or attack services, or to generate spam.
- Don’t attempt to reverse engineer, overload or circumvent the limits of Dexibi Cloud, or share your device credential.
3. AI can make mistakes
Dexibi uses AI models and automated control, which can misunderstand requests or interfaces. Dexibi checks its work and asks before consequential actions, but you should verify important results. The Service is not designed for safety-critical, medical, legal or financial decision-making.
4. Plans, billing and fair use
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian rupees through our payment partner, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of managed AI and speech processing. Allowances are fair-use limits, not unlimited, and reset each billing period. When an allowance is used up, new AI tasks pause until it resets or you upgrade.
- We may enforce per-task, rate and concurrency limits to protect the Service.
- We may change prices or plan contents with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
- Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process it to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy.
6. Our intellectual property
The Dexibi software, name, logo and website are owned by Dexibi. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app while you comply with these terms.
7. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, abuse, or where required by law, and will tell you why where we can.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions you approved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with its date, and notify you in the app for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
