Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions we hear most.

What is Dexibi?

Dexibi is a voice AI agent for Windows. You say what you want; it reads what is on your screen, then clicks, types and navigates in your apps to get it done, and tells you what changed.

Can AI really control my computer?

Yes. Dexibi reads your apps through Windows UI Automation, the accessibility layer screen readers use, decides what to do with an AI model, and performs real mouse and keyboard actions, checking the result after each step. It asks before anything consequential and never types passwords.

Is it really hands-free?

Yes. Turn on the wake phrase and say “Hey Dexibi” followed by what you want. Answer questions and confirmations by voice too.

Will it react to the TV or other people?

Not with “Only my voice” on. A voiceprint built on your PC filters out other voices.

Do I need an API key?

No. AI and speech recognition are included with every plan.

Which apps does it work with?

Most Windows apps and websites: browsers, streaming sites, File Explorer, Office, chat apps, media players and settings. Apps running as administrator and secure screens are off limits.

Does it work on Mac?

Not yet. Dexibi is built for Windows 10 and 11.

Does Dexibi record me?

No. Audio and screenshots are processed in memory and discarded. History is kept on your PC and you control it.

Why the name Dexibi?

It comes from the decibel, the unit of sound. Your voice is the interface.
