Using Dexibi
The floating assistant
Dexibi lives in a small gold mark at the edge of your screen. It unfolds into a toolbar when you need it.
What the mark tells you
| Look | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Still, faint gold ring | Microphone on, waiting for your voice |
| Pulsing gold ring, blinking cursor bar | Hearing you |
| Blue ring | Working on your request |
| Amber | Needs your answer or confirmation |
| Green / red | Done / something went wrong |
Toolbar and panel
Click the mark to open the toolbar: type a command, start or stop listening, or open Settings. When Dexibi is working, the panel shows a live list of steps, which app each happens in, and their results. Questions and confirmations appear there too.
Moving it
- Drag the mark anywhere on screen.
- Choose a monitor in Settings → Appearance → Show on display.
- Reset under Assistant position puts it back at the right edge of the main display.
- Show or hide it with Ctrl+Alt+Shift+O.
The mark stays above other windows, but exclusive full-screen games draw over everything. Use the shortcut or the tray icon there.
