What Dexibi keeps, where, for how long, and how to remove it. This page also documents Settings → Privacy & data.
Never stored
- Audio: microphone audio stays in memory only long enough to be transcribed.
- Screenshots: held in memory during a task and discarded when it ends.

Sent to Dexibi Cloud
To understand and plan a task: detected speech (never silence), your command, a description of the active window, and a screenshot only when needed and allowed. Dexibi Cloud forwards these to its AI provider and does not store them. It keeps usage records (counts, never content) for billing and limits for up to 13 months. Full details: privacy policy.

- Keep task history
- A local record of tasks, their steps and outcomes. Never uploaded.Default: On
- Include command text
- When off, history shows “[voice command]” instead of what you said. Sensitive values are redacted either way.Default: Off
- Keep for
- How many days history is kept (1–365, limited by your plan: 7 days on Free).Default: 30 days
- Export history
- Save your task history as JSON.
- Delete all history
- Permanently removes every stored task and step.
- Detailed logs
- Records more operational detail. Logs never contain audio, screenshots, keys or your command text.Default: Off
Removing everything
When you uninstall Dexibi, the uninstaller offers to delete all local data: settings, history, voiceprint and logs.
